Studio Information
Greenview Art Studio is a Black-owned and woman-owned fine art studio founded by African American and Puerto Rican artist Zulma E. Brooks.
The studio is based in High Point, North Carolina, and operates as an online gallery serving collectors nationally and internationally.
Online Gallery
Greenview Art Studio maintains an online gallery showcasing original mixed media and acrylic artwork. Available works can be viewed and purchased directly through the official website.
Purchasing Artwork
Artwork from Greenview Art Studio can be purchased online through the studio’s website. Select works may also be available through curated platforms and exhibitions.

Art Classes & Workshops
At this time, Greenview Art Studio does not offer regularly scheduled public art classes. Future workshops, talks, or educational offerings will be announced on the website if available.

Exhibitions & Events
Greenview Art Studio participates in exhibitions, pop-ups, and special events on a project basis. Updates about exhibitions and events are shared on the website and mailing list.
Returns & Policies
Return and refund policies for artwork purchases are outlined on the website and vary depending on the nature of the artwork and sale.
1. Orders, Cancellations & Changes
Q: Can I cancel or change my order once it’s placed?
No — once your order is submitted, it enters production quickly. Because each item is custom-printed, we generally can’t cancel or modify orders.
Q: What if I selected the wrong size, color, or design?
We’re sorry, but we can’t offer exchanges or refunds simply for buyer’s error. Please double-check your selections before completing your purchase.
2. Production & Shipping
Q: When will my order ship?
Production typically takes 2–5 business days. Shipping time depends on your location and carrier.
Q: How can I track my order?
Once your item ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Use that to monitor delivery progress.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?
We got you. If your item is damaged, flawed, or misprinted due to manufacturing error, contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the defect
A brief description of what’s wrong
Once verified, we’ll issue either a free reprint or a refund. You do not need to return the item.
Q: Does Printify accept returns or replacements?
Printify does not support returns or exchanges for reasons like “wrong size” or “changed mind.” Only manufacturing defects or damage qualify.
4. Refunds & Reprints
Q: How does refund or reprint work?
After confirming the defect, you can choose a reprint or refund. Refunds are credited to your original payment method or through Printify account balance (depending on processing).
Q: Do I need to return the damaged item?
Nope — you don’t have to ship anything back. A photo is enough.
5. Address & Delivery Issues
Q: What happens if my package is undeliverable or returned?
If your order comes back to sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address you provided, we may offer a partial refund (product cost minus shipping), or you can pay to have it resent.
Q: What if my order is lost in transit?
If your order never arrives, contact us with your order number. We’ll work with Printify and the shipping carrier to investigate and find a solution.
6. Other Policies & Info
Q: Are there limits on print placement or color shifts?
Yes — some minor shifts in print placement (up to 0.5") are considered normal in DTG printing and are not eligible for refund.
Q: Can I make a wholesale or bulk order?
Yes! If you’re interested in buying multiple units or doing custom contracts, email us and we’ll send you a quote.
