1. Overview
All products are made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To process your claim, provide:
Your order number
A clear photo of the defective or damaged item
Once verified, we will issue either:
A replacement at no additional cost, or
A refund to your original payment method
You do not need to return the defective item.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements are not issued for:
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Incorrect size, color, or style chosen at checkout
Minor variations in print placement or color due to production methods
Normal wear, fading, or shrinkage
4. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer will not be eligible for a refund. You may request a reshipment at your own expense.
5. Reporting Window
Claims for defective or damaged products must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Claims made after this period will not be honored.
6. Processing Time
Once your claim is approved, please allow 7–10 business days for processing and refund or replacement fulfillment.
